BIONIC Fitness is about being FIT and MOTIVATED! I am Registered Nurse, Personal Trainer, and a Single Mom of two busy girls. I know how hard it is to being working out and staying motivated. Unfortunately, I had to have a near-death experience before I realized how important is was to exercise and live a healthy lifestyle. So my journey began with walking, but has ventured out from pole fitness to body building, and I don't plan to stop there! My willpower to Keep IT Moving came from reading about what other people like yourself do to eat better and exactly what fitness and weight goals you have achieved. Yes, someone is watching and appreciates what you do! So let's continue to motivate each other.
